Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. Every product currently in the shop ships to Canada and the U.S., and U.S. visitors see prices in USD.

How much is shipping?

Travel organizers currently ship free. Shipping for locally made pieces is calculated at checkout from your address, and every charge is shown before you pay.

Will I pay duties or import fees?

Parcels that cross a border can be charged duties, taxes or brokerage by the carrier or customs on delivery. We can't set or waive these, and we'll tell you if we learn of a specific charge for your order.

How long does delivery take?

Handmade pieces: the delivery estimate is shown at checkout. Travel organizers: the supplier estimates about 8 business days to the U.S. and 9 to Canada after processing. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days to return unused items in their packaging. Please contact us first so we can give you the right return address — our mailing address is not a return address.
